FPV Technologies Inc. (“Sonno”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered phone receptionist platform for restaurants (“the Service”). The Service includes automated call answering, reservation management, SMS confirmations, and a web dashboard for restaurant staff.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent.

The Service, including its AI models, software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of FPV Technologies Inc. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your restaurant operations.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure that may experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonno's total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost reservations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPV Technologies Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
